Suppressor for $25
« on: January 16, 2016, 09:27:39 PM »
I just stumbled across this idea on the internet recently. The idea is to use an oil filter as a suppressor with a thread adapter that costs $25 on Ebay. Seriously considering testing this out.

This is the Econo-Can which is an adapter registered with the ATF that costs $75 + tax stamp. The same can be accomplished with any adapter sized for the appropriate threads.

I have seen some of those adapter at the gun shows around here.  Selling in the range of $25-40 each.  They are designed to slip on the barrel with allen screws to tighten and hold it in place.

I guess I might have to get one of them things.

If you need a second magazine, its time to call in air support.

God created Man, Col. Sam Colt made him equal, John Moses Browning turned equality to perfection, Gaston Glock turned perfection into plastic fantastic junk.
