This actually brings up a point I've been meaning to share.
I quit smoking cigarettes a few months ago. I hsf been 'trying' to quit smoking for years and it was only after taking a drug called chantix that I successfully did so. Even with help it was the hardest thing I've ever done. I couldn't imagine trying to survive and go through withdrawal.
So seriously, if it's not a habit, then just stop. Those of you who only smoke every once and a while, just don't. Trust me when I tell you it's not worth the pain in the ass if it DOES become a habit. A habit which, might I add, is notoriously hard to kick.
Coffee, like so many others, is going to be especially hard but I'm cutting back now to make any necessary transition easier. By cutting back I mean, I'm down to 1-2 cups a day.
Everything else is cake. Seriously... HOW WILL I LIVE WITHOUT CAKE?!
