This shit needs to be ended for once and all.  You should ALWAYS be able to record police officers out in public, while they are on duty, especially, when you are the one being accosted or arrested.

with that being said. i record my traffic stops all the time. cops tend to not like it but i have yet to get a traffic ticket since doing so.
