This shit needs to be ended for once and all.  You should ALWAYS be able to record police officers out in public, while they are on duty, especially, when you are the one being accosted or arrested.

Dude, you look like you are gonna off yourself. Relax.

with that being said. i record my traffic stops all the time. cops tend to not like it but i have yet to get a traffic ticket since doing so.

This is the kind of abuse of athority that can only lead to bad things. the police are no longer protecting us they are only protecting themselves.

I fear that which thrives in darkness and withers in the light of day!!!!!!!
