Non-Ethanol Gas
« on: April 23, 2022, 03:26:19 PM »
I just took a couple of gas cans down to the local Gas Station to fill up one vehicle that only needed 3.7 gallons to top it off with regular ethanol gas. Then I went over to the SPECIAL PUMP to fill the gas cans with non-ethanol gas. What the Hell? It cost me $51.06 for 12.6 gallons. Hmmmm..... I guess $4.01 isn't as bad as it could be. Just for the record, that gas station is considered one of the cheaper ones.

I feel your pain. I used a couple of 20L cans to top off our vehicles today.  I bought that gas at the first of the year when we had a fuel shortage and I thought it was ridiculously high at a little over $3/gal.  Now it's a little over 3.70/gal locally. (Down from a $4/gal. high thanks to the GA legislature temporarily ending fuel tax).
I wish I had some of those Joe Biden "I did that!" stickers 'cause I'd sure be tempted to use them.
