I've been thinking about doing this. You've all seen my SCAR-H and it's the shit.

My buddy is selling 2 Mk17 Mod0 and 2 Mk16 Mod0 rifles. 4 of the first 6 in the country that the ARMY used for testing
and led to the purchase. A bit of history and nostalgia comes with buying one. The Mk16 I want has a 14in. barrel,
but I'd have it chopped to 10in. Nothing like cqc select-fire goodness.

Maybe I can borrow one next week and do a video for you SCAR lovers.

i was dancing with the idea of weather to get a SCAR -H or a ACR...i have a buddy who had an ACR but his only problem with it was the safety kept bumping his hand and put into safe. he sold it and bought a BCM Ar. loves the thing

I went to go take down a MK17 Mod0 and a SCAR-17S to do a side-by-side comparison
and write up showing the slight differences between the Mil version and Civi version...

To my horror, there was no Civi version to look at. Both 7.62's were MK17's.
Guess I'll bring my SCAR-17S in tomorrow and give it a go then.  :(
