Scheduled Frequency Changes in FLRig

Afternoon UPs, I created a feature request for FLRig to add in scheduled frequency changes. If you have a groups.io account, wouldn't be a bad idea to add a comment like great suggestion or I'd really like that, or some other fluff. I'd appreciate it  :thumbsUp:
