Hey Guys and Gals, Its UnBroken here again.

this time we are talking about Running !!!!I HATE RUNNING! :'( :'(

Running is something most of us do not do, or do not do enough. It sucks, its sucks alot. im not going to talk about running forum cause everyone is different when they run. the most i can say is get out there and do it.

look at it this way. if WROL happens today and you dont have your car or it is not able to be used. how are you gonna get around? your good old lamborfeeties. just what god gave ya. you will be walking.

if the bad guys are around while you are on the move you will need to run. so practice now while you still have the chance.  start of with something like half a mile and work your way up. find a steady pace that you can run at and keep moving. if you start and stop, you will do nothing but cause injury.

shin splints are something that happens to everyone at one point or another. it can happen cause afew different thing. could be cause you have older running shoes and they dont have proper support could be cause you are out of shape and your body is not use too this. not matter what it is just remember ice and streching are a must in any workout.

eh! I love running.. I run mostly every night.. I normally get bored after 4 miles though. So 5 days a week, about 4 miles a day.. Thats 20 miles a week roughly..

Funny how im not super skinny and could afford to loose 20-30 pounds.

How can I run this much and it not affect my body?

I've ran 4 miles last night, drank 3 beers for breakfast and I've never tried these breakfast nachos you speak of...

Anyway I know your supposed to run that way im just skeptic if it burns any more calories.. I dont feel any pain with the way i run now.
