The Virtual Naval Hospital.  I'd suggest downloading them, printing them, reading them, then keeping them in a safe place for when the need arises to re-read them.

It might come in handy when there are no doctors around.

Nice resource... There is a book about anesthetics in there that looks interesting, thanks for sharing
