And just like with Wuhan virus (pt. 1) the communist Chinese are sending out their subjects as infection vectors, especially to Western nations.  Last time they did it during Chinese New Year, spreading yet another of their home made  diseases. These types of actions fall somewhere on the scale between total incompetence and acts of war. I tend to see the later: anything that weakens The West, favors the communists.
