Getting Established in AR
« on: January 16, 2022, 05:06:07 PM »
I've been stuck in the suburbs most of my life, but I've finally been able to free my family and get a bit more rural. We are developing some property in Arkansas and hope to complete the move late this year.

I was in the Army and I'm glad to be here.

Whoa!!!!  My "Desert SW 7,000 ft elevation location" might not be the end game here.  I'm currently looking at property in Idaho, Missouri _and_ Arkansas.   Specifically, the upper northwest part of AR, the upper west half of MO.    Lots of value for the money.
If I don't pay too much worry for the occasional twister, ideas of what you found?   Where you concentrated search?   I have a friend on 160 acres near Rolla MO but can only afford want/to work 5 to 20 some acres...
