This topic is already been discussed.

It is an interesting bit of video and documentation in the thread about what happened. I've watched it time and time again and I will say that someone should spend the rest of their life driving a standard so that mistake won't get made again!

Aside from that you will see that Mr. Yeager 'gets off the x' while the rest of his team mates stay put and eat hot lead.

I do enjoy his candor.
