very cute kid moment

this is possibly the most pointless thing I've ever posted (I suppose that is debatable)

so just a little while ago I'm outside with my 3 yr old daughter and she says:

"okie-dokie daddy! it's time to go inside!" (we usually have to battle with her to bring her in from outside)
she then proceeds to walk up the steps and open the door and says: "COME ON, DADDY! LET'S GO INSIDE!"

LOL

I've been in a particularly foul mood all day for a list of reasons but that put an ear-to-ear grin on my face and I couldn't even stop that smile if I tried.

I love it when stuff like that happens. My boy was getting full at dinner one day ( he's six ) and me being daddy and wanting him to finish his plate I said " Just finish it up, you got like three bites left " he looked down at the plate then to the roof and said. " I can't make it " in the cutest non whiney way ever. Was straight out of a Vietnam movie man.  Was so funny I let him get away with not finishing it.
