This has been a standard practice in the state and town workers unions in RI forever. Its one of the reasons our towns and cities are going bankrupt and into receiverships.

They are little more than armed tax collectors to begin with.

A general idea of the crime rate in New Mexico.

The Police shoot people all the time down here. The State Police look just like something out of Germany 1939 and some of them act the same. We've got Police doing all manner of foolish things ranging from shooting a young man in the back for nothing more than running away with a plastic spoon in his hand to banging their wives over the hood of their car. None of this matters.

I don't have any trouble with the Police because I go a long way out of my way to avoid it.

I try my hardest to avoid being anyones victim no matter what clothes they wear.
