HUGE VBIED explosion and preparation

Guys check this video of ISIS preparing a fucking huge VBIED and then detonating it.
Notice how they armored the truck, I specially liked how they armored the wheels.

Im confused...
Clip 1 preparation of large armored vehicle with rigged artillery shells.
Clip 2 explosion at at military site on top of hill.
Clip 3 shooting at crummy compound ruin.
I Highly doubt these are connected.
