I DD214'd him. Civilian speak, I canned him.

There were things, I will not get into here, that were happening in the background.

Over the past 6 years or so, he has come and gone. He runs away right after he steps on his dick, then returns just to do it all over again. I told him before I allowed him back the last time, it would be his last if he screwed up. Well he screwed up.

We do not need a loose cannon on UP.
