This is a great trauma kit pouch for when you need your medical supplies, well ... now. Hence the name. It's pretty low profile, and it normally goes for $80. The only catch is it's in ACU, and it's a clearance item, they said the price will go up as supplies dwindle. Ashley Burnsed makes great gear if you somehow don't know by the way.
