Title: XD-9
Post by: Reaver on August 07, 2012, 09:18:28 PM
Springfield Armory XD9 V10 Review (Ported Awesomeness) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPCvqW6zRAY#ws)

My first impressions of the XD-9 where not good. I didn't like it at all. Felt like an inbred 1911 that was raped by a Glock. Just felt odd and I didn't like it much.

But, its on my list of firearms to carry for my new job, and my local shop is offering me the full kit box papers three mags for $500
I'm seriously thinking about taking it.
Can you guys give me your FIRST HAND Experience?
Thanks guys.  [URL=http://www.smileyvault.co

Sig, Beretta, XD, Taurus 92, CZ P01, H&K & 38 revolvers.

Keep in mind guys, this is partially just an excuse to purchase another firearm.  :))

Only owned the XD40 but i liked it. Honestly though my heart was with a glock the whole time i had the XD. And that was before i ever even shot a glock... Solid reliable gun though.

Every time I've seen an XD in class or anything else like a competition where the was a high round count, they shit the bed.

I would get a glock or a M&P.

Also, who needs a grip AND a trigger safety?

This isnt for personal use. Its for the job.
They wont let me carry a glock or m&p if they did I wouldnt be having this conversation. =(

I'm going to say consider a Sig 2022 or the CZ P01. Should be able to get them less than the XD and work just as well.

They are so ugly, and my gosh, the grip angle is horrible on the older ones!  LOL

Since they didn't give you the choice of the Browning Hi-Power, Sig or CZ all the way, baby!!! [url=http://yoursmiles.org/p-m
