I would point out that while my STATE constitution says that law makers may regulate my arms THE 2ND AMENDMENT clearly states otherwise.  I know the 10th amendment is important but what part of "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" did they not understand?

Thanks for the info anyways :)

For handguns I like to look here:  http://www.handgunlaw.us/

Also, for both long guns and handguns, look here for Georgia:  http://www.georgiapacking.org/law.php

Georgia State Constitution:  Paragraph VIII. Arms, right to keep and bear. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, but the General Assembly shall have power to prescribe the manner in which arms may be borne.

I like NM better...

I agree with your last statement.  Like I said, What part of SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED do these pussies not get.  Here's Oklahoma's...

"?The right of a citizen to keep and bear arms in defense
of his home, person, or property, or in aid of the civil
power, when thereunto legally summoned, shall never be
prohibited, but nothing herein contained shall prevent
the legislature from regulating the carrying of weapons
.?
Article 2, Section 26."

Definition of infringement: violation: an act that disregards an agreement or a right; "he claimed a violation of his rights under the Fifth Amendment".

Scroll down to Section 13.  Couldn't have said it better myself.

Section 15-A is a good one too.

From the AZ state constitution.
"The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself or the state shall not be impaired, but nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing individuals or corporations to organize, maintain, or employ an armed body of men. "

I'm sure all of you are well aware that AZ has some of the, if not the, best gun laws in the country. Open carry, even of long guns is not only legal, but commonplace and widely socially accepted. Complete state preemption. No permit required for CCW. All NFA items are legal. State firearms freedom act. The world's largest public shooting range, not to mention large portions of the state that are open to shooting on public land.

I love AZ.  [URL=http://www.smileyvault.co

It is generally unlawful to sell or otherwise transfer
possession of a handgun to a person under 18 except if the
gun comes from the juvenile?s parent or guardian.

So technically you don't have to be 21 to purchase a handgun?

You can have in your possession a handgun if you are 18, if "the gun comes from the juvenile's parent or guardian." Be very careful, and pay a lot of attention to that.
