Arsenal dosent import them. They rebuild them into proper AKs.

i know they come in a saiga conversion then they build them into a ak that accepts 30 round mags and with the pistol grip,stock set and makes it compliant but i believe they import them also.

NM m1a, RAR AR-15, Rem Mod 700 .300 win mag w/ 4.5x14 leupold VXIII and my first rifle given to me by my grand dad a pre 64' model 70 win in 30-06.

 Secondaries are either a G21, Ruger super redhawk in .44 mag, Ruger Vaquero in .45 LC or my lil .22 colt.

 I don't figure a shotty into my loadout, too many things change rapidly in a shit environment to count on a scatter gun as a primary. Think of it as more of a good tool to have but can get by without absolutley having to have it.

Yeah Boone in your area you may not have a need for one.  My area here in Florida is mostly pine and dense brush.  A shotty makes a lot of sense when traveling through that stuff.  I keep mine in a canvas saddle that attaches to my LBV or Alice.  So I have the AK on a two point so I can sling it around behind me.  I know a lot of guys don't like that set up because of weight and a fear the shotty will hang on something while traveling.  But it's an aluminum shotty so it's light (which is why it kicks like a mule with 00) and I haven't had any problems with it hanging up in the brush when stowed.

I know a lot of guys trash talk the WASR- 10 but I'll tell you.  My wife has one that has never missed a beat.  Not once.  It eats the cheapest crap I can buy like it was candy.  The finish is ugly as hell but I think it recoils slightly less than my Black Widow.

ty sledge. im glad someone out there can appreciate the WASR. I bought it for the durability and its ability to eat any ammo i can get my grubby little hands on. I cant really afford to stock the good ammo and train with the crap. So i pretty much have alot of cheap ammo. and it all works just fine. and lets face it if the SHTF we arent going to be able to have our choice of ammo. we will have to use whatever we can find. I would love to have a great AR with 10,000 rds of lake city 5.56. but i'm betting my AK will cycle more crap ammo, in a harsh enviornment than that awsome AR. And i when i say bet i mean mine and my familys life. Cuz thats what we are all betting on our systems and preps.
I will say this for the AR Im seriously contemplating a AR for DM system in 5.56. Unless i can get RVR to part with that sweet M1A [URL=http://www.smileyvault.co And RVR i like the Taurus P92 its a real good hand gun that dosnt need anything out of the box. Taurus has put out some pretty good side arms. im suprised they get overlooked as much as they do. the quality and price are perfect for preppers.
