When we first started prepping, we bought 9 of those plastic storage bins that have wheels on them. We loaded them with all sorts of food and rolled 6 of them under the bed. We loaded and stacked the other three in a bedroom closet and the clothes hang just above them. Then we started filling other wheeless bins and then we started putting stuff in the kitchen on ,under, and around the kitchen table. Our daily eats are in cabinets in the kitchen and in the freezer and refridgerator. There is no place left unless I clear out the Utility Room of all the random junk. :faint:

I just picked up a chamber vac, its so much nicer and much more versatile than a standard vacuum sealer. I can seal thicker bags, mylar, retort and jars. Now all I need is a bigger closet to store everything LOL

Grizz, which one did you get?

LEM MaxVac Pro - $699 locally

Thank you. Looks like you got a great deal! How about an equipment review after you have some experience with it? It would be great to hear how it works, and your impressions of the sealer.

We picked up one also a while back.
You are so right about how versatile they are. Well worth the cost.
