Johny's linked article is an interesting read. It's always interesting to see the vast differences between gun rights in the various States.
My recently immigrated step-son asked why guns and carry permits are treated different than automobiles and driver's licenses. That's a good point. If the U.S. actually adhered to the Constitution, there would be minimal gun laws.
