Now that is interesting in many ways and funny in others. I love my 1911s but still prefer my more modern designs. Granted my favorite (2011) is based on the old 1911.

The 1911 is without a doubt one of the sexist handguns ever made, feels great in the hands, aims great but turns into a little sissy girl when it comes to eating any ammo. Unless its had custom work for many big bucks...

EDIT: If you want a gun that goes bang with all ammo, get a glock  :thumbsup: :cowboy:
