I don't know...I think you have to obtain a FFL Stamp to own one.

No FFL needed.  They handle AR stuff.  For an AP you need to go through the EPA for any permits or licenses.

I'm working on getting a patent for a suppressor for it. Let me know if you guys want in on the ground floor of this enterprise, it's got nowhere to go but into the toilet.
