You got a short barrel for that Mk16? I can't stand hanging a can off of my full-size barrel.

Since FN is dragging their feet I'm sending mine off to Marvin Pitts.

That looked like a lot of fun!  Although, you did look a little agitated about the failures to eject or was it feed.  I couldn't tell in the vid.  I've no doubt you'll get that straightened out.  You've sure got some nice equipment.

I think it was a mag issue, can't confirm that, I only brought one with me to the range.
The round under the round that was failing to feed...was in some cases, the most fucked up
thing you could imagine. Hard to explain. Since that mag has the Arredondo mag extension on it
and was kept loaded for about 6 months..I'll go with that even though I leave mags loaded for long periods
of time often. Once I can rule that out, I'll see if it's the fact the can has no LID and perhaps that's the
issue. I'm tellin' you, the look on my face was confusion, not anger.  :))

Nope. If I did, trust me it'd be on there. Mine is also going to Marvin.

By the way, Dave...
I'm pretty sure I botched the install of the rail replacement for the front sight.
Some piece, I have no idea how to describe because I never saw it, went flying
across the room and was never recovered. Know of any place I can see a parts reference?

Keeping it loaded won't do anything with modern springs. Arrendondo extensions though... yah. However, as you said, there isn't a LID...

One of my associates wrote a great article entitled, "Stupid pistol tricks! Or how to make your gun not work..." Mag extensions were on em', haha

If the mag runs fine unsuppressed then you need to play the old game of changing recoil springs and blahblahblah
