Mrsmac and I attended a Conference/class put on by
Lonestone called
"Prepare Like a ODA".
In essence, it revolves around a 12-man team in the Green Beret. At a high level for more info go here,
https://www.americanspecialops.com/special-forces/odas/The class started with a world wide view of intel that we all have access too as well as here on
UP. Then it dove into the dynamics of a 12-member team in the Green Beret's. Last we spoke to how we, within our own AO could develop similar teams. The class was well worth the $75- it cost.
I have taken Lonestone classes before and if you are within a 3-hour drive or so of their Offices in Elizabethtown, PA., they might be an alternative to other training and consuting companies who do this kind of thing.
The last time I took an actual class, (Been to a few seminars) was for a low light/night vision class. GREAT class. There is a review somewhere here on the
UP site of that reviewing that class.
I am going to sign up for their Intelligence Class which is for June 15th, if anybody is interested.
Anyway, the whole Lonestone team is a class act.
