Title: Lock Picking

I had posted some time ago about picking locks and how much fun it was for my kids to practice. Well, it finally paid off. In cleaning up my late fathers estate, seems the key to the camper was lost. Took all of 10 seconds for my oldest to get the door lock opened. Saved my mom from calling an expert. I used to lockpick a few years ago, mostly padlocks. Every Friday I met with some friends and we competed who could open 5 padlocks faster :D
Here in Argentina we use double sided keys, you can't lockpick those, remember that if you want to keep something safe

Those are fast, but noisy and I think people will notice you where playing with their locks :P

Locks only keeps out the honest people.

I haven't found a lock yet that a 4 1/2 inch grinder and a .045 cut off wheel couldn't remove.

I have a set of bolt cutters - 3 foot long handles - that will cut just about anything...

im a fan of the slide hammer or dent puller with a chuck on the end.  drill a small whole in the cylinder and insert a screw.  attach the slide hammer and yank the cylinder out.  not quick, but quiet and doesn't rip the door out of the frame.
