Lightening Link Development
« on: April 23, 2023, 01:07:49 PM »
Here is an interesting 7-min video on a guy who sold etched on a piece of metal plate the outlines of a Lightening Link. In essence it acts alike a DIAS (Drop in Auto Sear) but of course any made post 1986 are illegal. The ATF arrested him for selling machine gun parts. Keep in mind, these were etchings. Could a person cut the parts out sure. A person could also go to the interwize and download free of charge, a pattern which you can etch onto a metal plate. Also, if you owned a high end 3-d printer, just think of what you could do.  :lmfao:

As a side note, even if you drop in a lightening link, you do have to do some minor Dremel work to make it fit. Some AR's, major Dremel work. To me, not worth the effort of screwing up your lower or the 10-year jail term.
