 Way cool but they left out a few very important items such as rang in miles or hours but the instruction sheet would have that.
 I could think of a thousand things I could do with one and on the top of the list would be to carry water to the redoubt.

Its a battery powered flatbed wheelbarrow.  I don't see anything new or technical or tactical about that.

Yeah batteries, yeah midwheel but those have been around for a couple hundred years.

Did someone just now think to combine them?

    Yup, Hendricks Motorsports.  And because it's developed specifically for the military, I'm sure the average taxpayer won't be able to afford it.
