Also, as I have written before (Redundant JohnyMac) my wife and I have practiced a set speech if a LEO comes to our house or stops us in our vehicles and wants to search without a warrant; and no isn't working. We will say:
"I do not consent to a search but if you do search, I/we will not physically try to stop you."
