A very good reason to have a community

I got curious about gangs in my area so I looked it up. What I found was a description of gangs and their colors across the nation. Opsec is greatly enhanced when you know what to look for.

Quite interesting.  I took a quick look and will read in deatail in the future.  But rather disrespectful to gangs like the aryan nation and the white guys.  Seems to have left them out.

Or I just missed it.

That was a good read JoJo  :thumbsUp:

It would be kind a cool to have a program where you can drop in a zip code to see what kinds of gangs are present in that zips area.

I would hate to be in the LA or Chicago area in a SHTF scenario. MrsMac and I had just left Marina del Rey for Seattle when the Rodney King riots took place in LA. Our friends who were also live a-boards in MDR told us that Mexican workers walked up and down the docks breaking into boats.

He sat in the cockpit with a shotgun until the Marina Police started patrolling in strength.

Where I am at Atlanta is about the nearest significant gang area, and thats 175 miles north.  Or Macon and thats 100.

White gangs, probably down the street.  Not so much concerned initally with the League of the South or K boys.

I'm not familiar with most of the groups in the hate group list but one thing I noticed is there isn't any liberal groups mentioned. Or did I miss something?

Well, that's what you can expect with a list compiled by the SPLC.  If you look closely, they threw in a few token black and Muslim groups.  Like I wrote, it's just a supplement.  I would be nice if there was a list of local/regional street gangs.
