Thx DM. Looks like a pretty good deal.

Lets all do some vetting on this unit and then report back to this subject thread.

One question to the HAM's on the forum. Can you buy a power booster to get this to put out more than 5W?

the casting rod - wound with bell wire - is a tried and true method to get a long wire antenna into a tree for better TX/RX & LOS (so is tossing a slinky into a tree).

i have never used this transceiver.
