First, if you are concealed carrying then no one should know that you have a gun....that is the concealed part. Granted I know that some of us have gotten proficient at recognizing someone who is carrying, but definitely not the general public. The only time another person (perpetrator) should find out that you have a gun is if you need to use it. At that point "perception" is a loud violent affair. If you get to that point and all you have is a decoy.....enough said. A gun is not carried to be brandished or shown to scare off a bad guy, it is carried as a final resort to protect lives. Brandishing is illegal in most states, even if it is a toy. If the person you are brandishing at believes it is real that is generally enough to get you into hot water. God forbid if you showed that toy and that is what escalated the situation into a gunfight. If you carry one of these toys you are nothing but a Dumb Ass.
