FBI Says To Prepare For Fun & Games In October
« on: September 22, 2023, 02:22:18 PM »
I like Travis and listen to many of his video's however, I find some of the info in his videos to be redundant or prepping 101 content.

Just stacked a cord of wood and was sipping an ice tea and clicked on his newest YT video. Here it is,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqKOCl23lWY

We as a group have been hearing that October this year is going to be frosty. What that means could be a whole host of things from just political shenanigan's to all out WW III, more likely in the middle. The narrative of Biden is corrupt needs to change as the facts start rolling out and snowballing in the MSM.

As a side note, Biden's cognoscente state is obviously getting worse. It would be a perfect time for China to launch an attack on Taiwan.

Who knows as we can't control it however, we can prepare for it.

Keep your head on a swivel.

Canning stuff instead of freezing it.
Filled the barn with bales of hay.
Heart ablation (Covid nerve damage?) successfully stopped ventricle from arguing with atrium
Scan for probable back surgery scheduled - get 'er done asap boys... fix it now before the windows of opportunity close down!
Harvested and place over 280#s various winter squashes in the "root cellar?
Dried green onions... yum!
Corn and pumpkins not in yet...
More rum ready to place in wood, good stock of grains and sugars for continued brewing/distilling.
Yet to do:
Fill the woodshed!
If the world comes to an end next month, I may be too busy to pay it much mind....

We are fortunate to have 3 outbuildings. One is a Tool shed with the Generator and Gas in it. Another is totally full of prepper stuff. The third is full of my daughter's stuff. Then we have a 1/3 of an acre of Woods. If something was to happen to the house, we'd be pretty screwed because the really good preps are stored in the house. I've been waiting for the price of those 20 foot metal shipping containers to get cheap. Lately, I've started to see more and more signs along the roads advertising cheap shipping containers. The reason I want a shipping container is that I can use it as a living space if necessary. Before you say anything, I don't want a 40 foot Shipping container.

One facet of "being prepped" is the ability to limit exposure out in the "general public".
And the reasons to do so are continuing to grow:

I sell the containers, they will not be getting cheaper anytime soon. If you want one, get one - if you want to wait for whatever you think is a good price than you can search FB, craigslist, or other online sales sites.

As far as turning one into a living space, its done all the time but the containers need to be properly set up with ventilation, plumbing, electric and ventilation. I mentioned ventilation twice because its that important.

FWIW, Up here we are selling the 20's for $7k+ and in the summer months they were moving all the time, now its closer to winter and not as many sales, its an Alaska frozen ground issue and sales always drop in the winter
