IDK about that article. As with so much on the internet, there is a little truth buried in with the over active imagination parts of the story. I have no doubt that China wants to see the downfall of the US and is working under the radar to forment Civil Unrest in the country. The EMP part is what I question. If China exploded one, or several, EMP weapons over the US they would still be exposed to a nuke attack in response. Our silos are hardened, but even if they weren't, boomer subs and nukes on our ships would totally destroy the Chinese homeland and make most of it uninhabitable. I do, however, think that a hot civil war is extremely likely. We've already devolved to level of a cold civil war. Have the Chinese shipped in equipment in support of seeing that come to fruition? That's quite likely.
