War Belt - RELEASED!
« on: September 29, 2016, 11:23:40 PM »
We just released our War Belt! This belt is ultra thin and low profile. It's been through a LOT of testing and has proven to be just an awesome, lightweight battle belt option. It has looplocs on the perimeter for harness attachment if you so desire.

I run this belt with a chest rig as my primary loadout, and I absolutely love it.

I like that.  More I look at it the more I like it.  Make a good set if suspenders to go with it.    I am beginning to really like enough to get in big trouble with wife.

Suspenders on belt is my standard day hike set up.  Basic old web belt with matching suspenders carrying a couple canteens and pouches with needful things and bit of comfort should it turn into overnight in there.

Belt also carries a couple 3 mag pouches with grenade holders on sides.  Stripped off grenade pouches.  They are also for needful things.

Still have sidearm on pants belt because its one of them-- don't take off things.

If you need a second magazine, its time to call in air support.

God created Man, Col. Sam Colt made him equal, John Moses Browning turned equality to perfection, Gaston Glock turned perfection into plastic fantastic junk.

Meaning you want my knife? ;D The bleeder pouch I have on there is an HSGI but we will be making and selling our own soon - i've got a couple ideas on an awesome bleeder pouch that deploys its contents very quickly...

OH if only I could spend all my spare time thinking up and making gear.....

I'd def pay extra bucks for one fully put together with pouches etc :)
You could offer 2 or 3 different configurations for one to pick from.
examples

Configuration 1:old school Infantry setup: 1 canteen pouch w/ canteen on each side, plus a couple of ammo pouches on both sides in front (for those who dont wear a camelback or who want their chest rig as  a slick back for backpack addition.Plus maybe a Glock knife or something right behind the right side canteen.
Configuration 2: A modern interpretation 1 pistol holster on right. a couple TACO pouches on left and an admin pouch or two .
Configuration 3: Click as shown

It may sound like an extra hassle for you.... BUT if Config 1 and 2 are only done to order this would minimize inventory of pouches etc and the holster in any event would be gun specified.

Just some ideas...

Is there access on the sides for a drop down pistol holster?

I like Erick's idea of offering attachments for the belt/suspenders. The concept not unlike adding items to a AR.

On another note Floki, thanks for asking UP members their thoughts on the quality items under development and current offering's.

I run my low ride Safariland holster with this belt. The belt is so thin it sets behind the holster and doesn't get in the way or anything. The belt itself doesn't have an attachment point for a drop leg, however. I thought about adding that - now that it's been brought up I may try to figure out a way.

I love hearing people's ideas on gear. I'll think through how we might be able to offer "packages"
