Obama To Address Nation On Terror ThreatKinsey Lowe, December 5, 2015President Obama will address the nation Sunday from the Oval Office in the wake of San Bernardino’s brutal slaying of 14 people and wounding of 21 other by a pair of heavily armed shooters on Dec. 2. The White House said the President will address the ongoing investigation into the San Bernardino murders as well as the nation’s overall battle against the threat of terrorism. The rare Oval Office address is scheduled for 8PM ET/5PM PT Sunday.Obama will talk “about the steps our government is taking to fulfill his highest priority: keeping the American people safe” as well as the “ongoing investigation into the tragic attack in San Bernardino” and “the broader threat of terrorism,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest said Saturday.
