White House Moves USA to COGCON Level 2
It is reported this morning that the
White House has moved
COGCON (continuity of government readiness condition) from level 3 to 2. The different levels are defined as,
> COGCON 4 represents normal peacetime operations.
> COGCON 3 is a state of heightened readiness, with some government officials required to notify a Watch
Office as to their location. During the U.S. State of the Union address, the COGCON is raised to this
level and a cabinet member is the "Designated Survivor."
> COGCON 2 calls for deployment to a relocation facility with four hours notice.
> COGCON 1 calls for the United States government to be relocated to secure, fully staffed bunkers such
as the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center.
I have received two separate emails from friends confirming this. In short, they know of multiple cases in all branches of the U.S. military that if off base they have been assigned 'emergency report stations' to report to within four hours if called upon to do so.
This newer level of preparedness is not just in or around Washington D.C. but from Florida to Alaska and in-between.
Last night I got pinged by Monkey Werx who put out an opinion piece titled,
The Sicilian Defense - D5. I tend to disagree on a few points however worth your four minutes to read and ponder.
I am now thinking that this is a 'show of force' aimed towards Trump supporters, the Deplorables, that you will be the 'bug on the window shield' if you try to stop what will happen in the next 100-days, six months or two years.
