Jeremy, thanks for trying here first! If you were up in NE PA. I could get you duckling's or eggs so you could hatch them yourself. There is a local auction up here that sells everything you could want. It is held Tuesday nights and there some great deals.
Starter pigs going for $25-$35-, turkey poults $8- $10- each, calf's going for $50-$60-, duckling's, chickens, etc. - You get the idea. You may want to google or DuckDuckgo.com if you don't like google to see if there is a Farmers Grange in your area. Contact them to find out where there might be a auction in Tampa...I am sure they are all over the country.
Not to say you couldn't buy them from a farmer down the street; however if you or one of the other members of the forum could find a local weekly or bi-weekly auction for farm animals it would be a great addition to your prep's.
Up at the BOL the farmer's wife across the road bought six Rouen duckling's in April. She bought them for there eggs as my sister in-law LOVES duck eggs!
Good luck and keep the forum informed on your duck raising adventure.
