My neighbor (Baghdad native/in U.S. for 4 years) showed me this video a couple of days ago.  While holding back her laughter, she explained that this was a Sunni funeral, due to the style (clapping,etc.)  It's likely(?) the bomb was placed by someone of the Shia persuasion. 

Sunni = bad guys
Shia = good not so bad guys
