Pretty funny and yet informative APX.

I am trying to find the article I read that explained that IRS Commissionaire Steve T. Miller was the interim Commissionaire, who was supposed to leave that post in June anyway. He was daubed interim Commissionaire Nov. 10th, 2012.  [img]http://www.arrse.co.uk/at
