I was at our local small box grocery store Sunday and snapped a shot of the canned cat food section in the pet aisle.
Being the kind of busy body I am, one of the assistant managers was putting up sale signs the next aisle over so I asked her, "the cat food I buy for the outside cats is out along with a lot of alternatives, what's up?"
She explained to me that they order the food weekly and the warehouse is now out. She went on to explain to me that much of the canned pet food now comes from China and it is probably sitting on a container ship right now.
Post other examples of staples being out (Empty shelves) from your grocery store. If you feel up to it, ask management why.
