My Wisconsin 10 year old Cheese arrived today. Did I just put it away in the frig? Nope. I tore into it to see if it was as good as I hoped. That stuff is amazing.

Hmmm.... How do I compare it? Well, we've been buying Cabots Seriously Sharp cheese and its fine. Now, this cheese that arrived today is about 5 times better. The one thing that I'm going to have to get used to is the price. Damn!! $80 for 2 pounds and that includes the shipping. The only way I can describe the taste is, when you bite it, it bites you back. It also has a slight cheesy aroma.

The only negative is going to be who gets the last bite when it's all gone. That's when the fight is going to break out.
