Neat - I'll have to check that out. I do know that a lot of the guerrilla gardening movement has their food plants mixed in with other people's plantings, corporate and public land, etc. Of course, when you don't plant on your own land you lose control over what kind of pesticides, etc. are used on it and can never guarantee that it will be there later. Edible landscaping is also a really great thing that lets you have food and pretty plants - like planting a real pear tree instead of a Bartlett, etc.
