Good video.
My only suggestion is that when he spoke of corn he should have specified "flint" corn. Flint corn is what is typically used for grinding into cornmeal or corn flour.

The additional tricks to be mastered are two-fold.
Seed-to-seed (on heirlooms)
and
Preservation. Long term/full season
Should the days coming feature loss of electricity and no more seed catalogues on request, both will be as critical as the crops themselves.
