General Discussion / Re: Violence From the Left is here - Will it Increase

Great question Sir John. From my perspective, "low level war".

When our treasonous leaders start to get perp walked to squad cars or voluntarily give themselves up to LEO's, the low level war will escalate into skirmishes. These skirmishes advance into kinetic exchanges. Once that happens we move onto full battle scenes.

The Biden Administration was part of the WEF with their Build, Back, Better agenda. The plan was to have a reset that lead the United States into a world governance. I believe we are still going to have a reset of sorts lead by Trump and the MAGA movement.

A show down is coming brought on by the Elites against the majority of US citizens. Americans have been bolstered  by the MAGA movement headed by Trump. They will not stay quiet. Just look at Trump's Cabinet officials not taking any grief from the press or politicians. Strength Builds strength. Winning increases more winning.

Stay tuned,

General Discussion / Violence From the Left is here - Will it Increase
« Last post by JohnyMac on May 22, 2025, 11:07:42 AM »
Is it just me? Violence is increasing and it all seems to be from folks on the left.

I asked AI for examples of my above statement for the last 12-months and this is what AI shared.

Quote
May 21, 2025: Murder of Israeli Embassy Staff in Washington, DC
Elias Rodriguez, 30, allegedly linked to the far-left Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL), shot and killed Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim outside the Capital Jewish Museum. Rodriguez shouted ?Free, free Palestine? and left a manifesto citing Israel?s actions in Gaza as motivation. The FBI is investigating this as a possible hate crime or terrorism. PSL denied current membership, noting his involvement ended in 2017. This aligns with left-of-center anti-Israel activism.web:0,12,17

May 17, 2025: Palm Springs Fertility Clinic Bombing
Guy Edward Bartkus, 25, detonated a car bomb outside the American Reproductive Centers fertility clinic, killing himself and injuring four others. His anti-natalist ideology, opposing procreation, was expressed in a 30-minute audio and writings, including anger at existence and IVF. Anti-natalism can overlap with fringe left-of-center nihilistic or anti-establishment views, though it?s not exclusively leftist. The FBI called it terrorism.web:0,6,10,13,18post:0,1,5,6

March 2025: Tesla Dealership Arson in California
Posts on X and some reports mention arson attacks on Tesla dealerships, attributed to left-of-center activists protesting Elon Musk?s role in Trump?s administration and environmental concerns. One specific incident in early 2025 involved a Molotov cocktail attack on a Tesla showroom in Los Angeles, causing property damage but no injuries. These acts align with eco-activist or anti-corporate sentiments, though specific perpetrators are often unidentified.

February 2025: Vandalism and Assault at UC Berkeley Protest
During a February 2025 protest against a conservative speaker at UC Berkeley, left-leaning student activists reportedly clashed with police and attendees, resulting in minor injuries and property damage. The protest, tied to progressive opposition to right-wing rhetoric, involved thrown objects and physical altercations. Such incidents are common at universities but often lack named perpetrators. This is included as a generalized example due to limited specifics.

December 2024: Threats Against Supreme Court Justices
Posts on X reference threats against conservative Supreme Court justices, allegedly from left-of-center individuals upset over rulings on abortion and gun rights. One reported case involved a mailed threat to Justice Brett Kavanaugh, investigated by the FBI, with the suspect expressing progressive views online. No physical violence occurred, but the incident reflects left-leaning political targeting.

November 2024: Portland Antifa Clashes
In Portland, OR, Antifa-affiliated groups clashed with right-wing protesters during a post-election rally, resulting in minor injuries and arrests. The violence, involving improvised weapons and pepper spray, was tied to anarchist and anti-fascist motives, core to left-of-center extremism. Specific details on injuries or arrests are scarce, making this a generalized entry.

October 2024: Assault on Representative Nancy Mace
On October 29, 2024, a 16-year-old male assaulted Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) outside a Capitol Hill restaurant, reportedly motivated by her support for a bill requiring biological males to use male restrooms. The suspect, who pushed Mace and caused minor injuries, expressed progressive views on transgender rights, aligning with left-of-center activism. The incident was widely reported but not fatal.

September 15, 2024: Attempted Assassination of Donald Trump (West Palm Beach, FL)
Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, was arrested after being spotted with a rifle near Trump?s golf course in Florida. Routh, who had a history of supporting Ukraine and progressive causes (e.g., posts criticizing Trump and supporting Democrats), allegedly staked out the location for 12 hours. No shots were fired, and Trump was unharmed. The FBI charged Routh with attempted assassination, but his motives remain unclear, with some suggesting a mix of ideologies. I?ve included this tentatively as left-of-center due to Routh?s online activity, but it?s not definitive.web:4,8,18post:0,3,4,5

August 2024: Democratic Campaign Office Shootings in Arizona
Three shootings targeted a Harris-Walz campaign office in Tempe, AZ, in August and September 2024. No injuries were reported, but the incidents were linked to anti-Democratic sentiment in some reports, though one suspect?s social media suggested progressive disillusionment with Democratic policies, possibly motivating the attacks. This is speculative, as motives are unconfirmed, but included to reach 10 incidents.

July 13, 2024: Attempted Assassination of Donald Trump (Butler, PA)
Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, fired eight shots at a Trump rally, grazing Trump?s ear, killing spectator Corey Comperatore, and injuring two others. Crooks, a registered Republican, had donated $15 to a progressive voter turnout group in 2021. The FBI found no clear ideological motive, describing his actions as lacking a ?definitive ideology.? I?ve included this cautiously, as the donation suggests a possible left-leaning past, but evidence is inconclusive.web:4,7,16post:1,2

I suspect there other examples that AI missed and or miss prioritized.

Do you think the violence will increase as the MAGA agenda moves ahead? Do you think the violence will increase as law makers and other elites are perp walked? If you do think this, what are your plans?

Trump speaks the truth to President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa. While watching the 1-hour video, watch the SA delegation sitting on the couch. The smirks on their faces say it all.

Lincoln suspended it in Maryland during the War of Northern Aggression.  Way back then Md had not been convinced enough that being a yankee was a good thing.

They currently are believing in that idea.

Hope, when we lived in Rhode Island, most communities including Bristol, RI (swanky town) allowed hen's but no roosters. I think it was six maximum however, it really depended on the size of the property.

Roosters, tend to be the problem because they are noisy. We have had chickens with and with-out roosters. A plug for roosters is, they are great protectors of the hems.

General Discussion / Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2 - Habeas Corpus
« Last post by JohnyMac on May 21, 2025, 10:02:15 AM »

Food for thought...

Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2 - Habeas Corpus:

"The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."

Some on the Left argue that the Writ of Habeas Corpus has not been suspended; therefore, the approximately 20 million undocumented immigrants who entered the country during the Biden Administration are entitled to a hearing. The question for constitutional lawyers is whether individuals who entered the country illegally?some might describe this as an invasion?have the right to habeas corpus protections.

By deporting undocumented immigrants without providing a hearing for each individual, has the Trump Administration effectively suspended habeas corpus?

What are your thoughts? All comments and opinions are welcome.
