I made a cw qso last night. That probably doesn't sound too exciting except it was the first time I've made a cw contact since about 1977 (when I was in the Army).
I used my LNR MTR-4B and was tuning around in 40 meters and heard someone call cq. He was sending quite slow, so I figured he might be a good candidate. We mostly just exchanged names and RST reports. My copying is still not very good, mostly due to lack of consistency on my part. But we got one in the log book.
