Yesterday, I sat down around 1300E hrs. with my Xiegu G90 set on 5 watts. I worked the 13 Colonies off and on and was able to have all 13 Colonies plus WMPEN in the log by 2100E hrs. The power supply I used was a LiFeP04, 12 volt, 9Ah lithium battery. My antenna was a G5RV that I designed and built which I wrote about
here over at American Partisan.
Earlier in the day yesterday, I had TM13Col but he lost me into the weeds before he could verify my call. I will work on those two stations, TM13COL (France) and GB13COL (Great Britain) over the coming days.
Bottom-line, I love that little G90 radio.
