I screwed something up on my ICOM 7300. The Power On button doesn't work anymore. I guess I'll be hooking up the old ICOM 718 for the net.

You did check to see if the cat unplugged it, right?

Oh, no! Hope it's something simple.

PKv, first I want to apologize for my suggestions. I am sure you tried them all.
First, unplug the radio for 2-minutes then replug in and try again.
Second, check the power output on your power supply. Once my Kenwood would not turn on and I looked at everything . Frustrated, I turned on my VHF radio and it would not fire up either. My problem, well my radio problem ;) was the power supply.
Last, see if there is a IC-7300 chat room, like this one (https://forums.qrz.com/index.php?threads/icom-ic-7300-touch-screen-blank-power-led-flashing.706997/) to see if their is a suggestion or fix.
Good luck Brother.
PS: Is your transceiver hooked up to a computer program to run it via your computer? If it is, try to toggle it off and on using the computer program.

I've got power at the power supply. I've got power at the radio. I've got power at the 5 AMP fuse inside the radio. I removed the diode to open up the radio and then it wouldn't turn on. Hmmmmmm..... Maybe a static discharge from my hand to an IC. Hmmmm..... Maybe I accidentally cut one of the adjacent microscopic traces on the circuit board. I'll fool with it a bit more and then call HRO and order a new one. Whatever happened was certainly my fault.
