Title: JS8Call?

Based on the input to add a second ERIN/UP net using digital, I was looking for a mode that would work for us. Any suggestions?

I am not a fan of FT8 due to minimal amount of info you can send. Then I was looking at PSK31 but is that the right mode for us.

Today, a ham friend suggested JS8Call. It is similar to FT8 but you can have a 2-way conversation.

Anyway...Thoughts?

  I'm not familiar enough with JS8Call to make any kind of recommendation.  I am familiar with PSK31, Olivia, Hell, etc., but I guess they're considered to be old school.

Js8 Call is my primary goto for Hf comms. 
Lots of really good features, is worth trying out for sure.
